What is the meaning of AMC ??

You don't say where you saw the abbreviation "AMC".

If it was an Ultra message it would mean "Air Movement Control"

Airfield 508 was Bologna.

Your guess is right Ultra is in cause , I think that 508 is an airplace around Bologna, I noted that Bologna wear AMC236

AMC Air movement control ? But this AMC refers to a place not to an action , quite strange any idea why they used these terms ???

Air Movement Control can mean a place, just like the modern expression Air Traffic Control can. I take it usually to mean the control tower at the airfield concerned.
