Schleppsporn 6000
Hello all,
I am a virgin when it comes to this site! This is my first query - be gentle please. I am building a 1/72 Ju52 to be finished in a splinter camouflage. I am also awaiting a kit of the DFS 230 glider which I wish to show as a 'partner'.
I understand that in order to tow this glider, the Ju52 was fitted with something called a 'Schleppsporn 6000'.
Can anyone tell me exactly what this is and where I can find a pic of one please? I have had no luck so far. Also the location of any pics concerning the towline attachments.
