Whirlwind L6845, code, HE-V

Hi
Just missed some after market decals on e bay,
the interesting bit was they had L6845 as HE-V.
I had not been aware of this code/serial match
before, anyone know the source of the info.

only details in the e bay decal photo was :-

'aircraft markings' 'series one'. 1/72.
