Spitfire of Peter Corbishley, shot down over Genova
Good night to all!
I am seeking more information ( serial number and codes ) about the Spitfire flown by PETER CORBISHLEY on the 2nd February 1941, while on a photographic mission over GENOVA, Italy. Any details about the probable cause of him being taken as POW ( shot down by Italian Flak or fighters, for example? ) Many thanks for any data about this airman and his last flight Adriano Baumgartner |
