I'm looking for a DO 17 or a JU 88 shot down during the night on the 18th January 1941. Part of the crew bailed out, pilot KIA, Compiegne area Regards |

Luft Q.m's return of 21-Jan-41 has - II/KG77 19-1 bei Compiegne crashed ( crew baled out) Ju88A5 w.n 7106 100%. Feindflug.

It is very close to be ok but... it was a wedding day and we are used to celebrate them a saturday, so there is a problem with 21st because it was a sunday. Regards |

The report is dated 21st.Jan. referring to a crash on the 19th Jan. (possibly 19/20th Jan. raid on Southampton) sorry if I did not make this clear.

It was clear but my answer was confuse... I'm pretty sure that it was on the 18th. I saw a claim regarding a DO17 near Poix, 20H00, by Willians, 23rd Squadron. This one could be better, any else about it? Regards |
