Fw Heinrich Ott, stab KG 2
Unfortunately I don't have any access to 'Der Luftkrieg in Europa 1939 - 41' so hopefully someone out there can help.
I have it noted down that on 1/9/39 Fw Heinrich Ott of KG 2 stabstaffel was lost along with his aircraft as a result of ground fire. The thing is this doesn't match up with what I have been told of the geschwaders losses on this day - in fact, I've not got a loss like this reported anywhere for KG 2 campaign in Poland. Any help sorting this out would be greatly appreciated. Adam
