Alexander von Winterfeldt
According to his bio in Obermaier's "Die Ritterkreuzträger der Luftwaffe," Winterfedt claimed four victories as a fighter pilot in 1918. I have been unable to locate any claims for him in 1918 in "The Jasta War Chronology" by Franks, Bailey & Duiven. Unfortunately I don't have a copy of "The Jasta Pilots" by the same authors, so I don't know if he is mentioned at all.
Can anyone shed any light on the unit(s) he served in and dates of claims during the First World War? Thanks, Tom
