Brian,

Double-click the address I posted which takes you to the VDK home page. From there click on Zur Onlinesuche (to on-line search) to take you to the on-line search facility. There simply enter Nachname: (Surname) and Todes/Vermistendatum: (Date of death/missing) of whoever you are interested in and hit Suche beginnen: (Start search).

Re: Uffz A. EDRIC 2/JG77

Thanks Peter

As you know, I'm not very bright but with your guidance I have now established that the full and correct name of 'my' man was August Edrich!!

Many thanks once again.

Cheers
Brian
