1939/40 FAA losses serial numbers required

Hi guys

I'm seeking serial numbers for these 1939/1940 FAA aircraft losses. I hope someone can help, please.

12/12/39 Walrus 754(T) Sqn (Heriot-Hill etc)
26/2/40 Roc 759(T) Sqn (Wagner)
12/3/40 Proctor 758(T) Sqn (Philcox/Lewis)
22/4/40 Skua 803 Sqn (Brown)
1/5/40 Hornet Moth HMS Sparrowhawk (Aitchison)
31/5/40 S/Gladiator 759(T) Sqn (Sturges)
19/6/40 Hurricane 7 OTU (Marks)
26/6/40 S/Gladiator 804 Sqn (Maudslay)
3/7/40 Shark 774(T) Sqn (Miller)
31/8/40 Roc 759T) Sqn (Vaughan/Woodley)
6/10/40 Swordfish 825 Sqn (Watt)
17/11/40 Proctor (Eaves)
20/11/40 Walrus HMS Manchester (Charnock)
21/11/40 Proctor 752(T) Sqn (Legge/Franklin)
7/12/40 Fulmar 759(T) Sqn (Ridley)
17/12/40 Walrus 701 Sqn (Beavis)

7/12/40 Fulmar 759(T) Sqn (Ridley) No Ridley on this date on CWGC but there is a Lt (A) R H Ridley for the 4th Dec, Killed Fukmar N1926
17/12/40 Walrus 701 Sqn (Beavis) L2294

N/A means either Sturtivant doesn't have a number or wasn't FAA aircraft

By the way, I couldn't find EAVES but his name was actually EVES.
