could somebody tell me if Hptm. Johann Gamringer, who claimed one air victory on October 10 1938 as member of 3.J/88, is the same man as Maj. Johann Gamringer, holder of DKiG and last CO of NSGr. 4?

Could somebody tell me more about this officer?
