474th FG P-38 Losses

Howdy all,
I am trying to locate the identity/serial numbers of the following P-38 losses from the 474th FG to complete my loss database. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

04 Feb 44 Takeoff accident Van Nuys, CA Pilot: 2Lt. Lyle Monkton (428FS)
22 May 44 A/C damaged from hitting trees/belly landing Warmwell, England
Pilot: 1Lt. Jack M. Messinger (430FS)
23 May 44 A/C damaged from hitting trees Warmwell, England
Pilot: 2Lt. Reider Gjolme Jr. (430FS)
03 Jun 44 Emergency landing due to flak damage RAF Tangmere
Pilot: 2Lt. Charles A. White II (428FS)
03 Jun 44 Emergency landing due to flak damage RAF Dimechurch

10 Aug 44 Crashed after dogfighting with P-51s 3 miles east of
