2./606 in 1938

A few questions that hopefully someone will be able to shed light on:

1. Does anyone know who's administrative responsibilities 2./606 was after its formation in 9.38?

According to http://ww2.dk/air/seefl/kflgr606.htm 2./606 was an autonomous unit deprived of a Stab until 11.39. This appears confirmed in the thread started by Chris Goss here: http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showth...&highlight=606.

This leads to the second question. According to Doug's response in this thread: http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showth...&highlight=606, 2./606 was active from mid-August 1938. So my second question is:

2. Was it Rudolf Wodarg or Hans Metzner that was the Staka of the new Staffel. Doug's post has the two listed as belonging on the same day. Whoever it was, were they the StaKa for 2./706 (from which 2./606 was formed) and finally, is Doug's listed date of 18.08.38 for Wodarg/Metzner as StaKa the formation date of 2./606; ie, 18.08.38?
