Help needed for bbc documentary - clydebank blitz

I'm urgently needing some information about the Clydebank Blitz - 13 / 14 March 1941 for a new BBC documentary. There were 3 waves of bombers on the first night of the raid. We have a source that claims the first wave also bombed Liverpool but I can't find anything to support this. The same source also suggests the bombers flew at 12000 - 19000 ft which again we can't back up. Please can anyone advise me?
