Junkers 88 loss 12.8.40 III/KG77
Hi on the 12.8.40 III/KG77 suffered the loss of Ju88A crash-landing at Fl.Pl Illesheim during a routine domestic flight.
I understand a tyre burst on landing? Oblt Pfeiffer + 2 injured, 1 killed. Would anybody happen to have the NVM for this incident. Usual loss details / crew names? Is this Oblt Dietrich Pfeiffer of 9/KG77? Any help appreciated. Rgs, Steve.

Thanks ever so much Matti, that more than answers my question.
Whats your source as its very rare to find Vbkz and W.Nr at this stage of the Battle of Britain, usually towards the end of August! Best regs, Steve.

Unfortunately I have signed with WASt an agreement not to give EKM number or date of birth (present German privacy law) to a third party. Sorry, but I cannot do anything for the time being.
