Loss of Ju 88 werk nummer 413 on 4/8 1941

On 4/8-1941 Ju 88 werk nummer 413 of 3./(F.) 123 was lost. Two of the crew, namely Rehm and Wacker, were washed ashore in Denmark early September.
Hope that someone can help me with answers to these quistions:
Is 4U+GL the correct code of the Ju 88 ?
Where was the Ju 88 ?
Why was it lost ?
What was the purpose of the flight ?
Where was it operating from ?
Is it known if Zwingmann and Heitzmann of the crew were ever found ?
If they were found, where ?
