please, do you know more details of crash on 17 Sept 1939, plane, unit? Lw. members Otto Brödel, Werner Haack and Adolf Luick killed. |

Herewith details requested. What more can you tell us about this crash ? I./KGzbV. 172 Junkers Ju52/3m. Crashed at Petzau, near Trutnov in Czechoslovakia, cause not stated. FF Gefr Otto Brödel, BF Flgr Werner Haack, and BM Flgr Wolf Lück all killed. Aircraft N3+HR 100% write-off. Many thanks, PC |

Thanks gentlemen,
the plane crashed in Riesengebirge, Steinboden. The crew was buried in Gross Upa (now czech Velka Upa). Petzau is propably german name for czech Pec pod Snezkou (but it is just postwar ski centre). Please Peter, do you know WNr. ?? |
