HELP!! whats this...a piece of a Short Stirling

Yesterday i found on a crashsite of a Short Stirling a round piece of micaglass with a number in it...I think its 108/7066?

The Short Stirling LK209 of 161SQ crashed on 23 Match 1943 on the Dutch island of Vlieland.

I hope someone can tell me what it is, en what the number means.
