Photo of Karl von Manowarda, KG6 ?
Hi all !
I found this photo http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot..._8204659_n.jpg on http://www.facebook.com/hampshirelife?sk=wall Could anyone identifiy completely this crew an date taken ? Does anybody have a wartime photo available of Karl von Manowarda ? Thank you kindly, FrankieS

Mano was a good friend of mine and suspect that the photos you link to (I cannot get access) were mine as I have copies of all of his photos. You might like to PM me. If the photo is a group photo in front of a Ju 88, it was taken Summer 1943 and is of his crew plus a Werkmeister

Nice to know how he came by this photo as the original was given to me by the officer in the photo! Also, it is incorrect-2 out of the 3 were killed, 2 POW, one was not flying and they were shot down in a Ju 188 not Ju 88 A-14
