Feldwebel Josef Kehrle

Hi to all,

I would like to know more about the fate of Fw. Josef Kehrle. He started his career in 5./JG 1, achieved a total of 14 kills throughout the war and became WIA several times.
However, I can not find anything about his fate; did he survive the war?
And is there anything known about the WerkNr. of his G-6/R-6 black 7?

Thanks!
