59 Squadron Blenheim lost over Cherbourg 1-8-1940

Could anybody tell me which Luftwaffe unit or if possible the pilot who shot down Wing Commander Weld-Smith's 59 Squadron Blenheim during a raid on Cherbourg airfield on 1st August 1940? I have the medals of P/O. D.H. Davis A.F.M. who was the observer in this aircraft and who was K.I.A. that day. Thanks if anyone has any information on this particular raid. I believe that 59 Squadron was part of Coastal Command at this time.
