S/Ldr Ronald Jell DFC

Gents

Looking for details on former Squadron Leader Ronald Albert Jell DFC. He was award a DFC for his time with No.218 (Gold Coast) squadron although he was never operational with the unit.

Need to establish his early career, confirm that he was a GD pilot and his involvement with the forming of a H.C.U ( No.1657 CU. I have been told )

Any pointers welcome.

TIA

Steve
