Lancaster ZN-M, JB562 crash, search information

Hello all,
on 26/27.April 1944, the Lancaster ZN-M JB562 was crash at Meckesheim near Heidelberg.
Do have anybody information about the crash reason and who shoot down this Lancaster?

Absturzort: Zwischen Eschelbronn und Meckesheim bei Sinsheim
Status: 2POW, 5KIA
Heimatflughafen: Metheringham England (Gestartet 21:39)
Letzte Ruhestätte: bis 1945 auf dem Friedhof Eschelbronn, danach wurden sie umgebettet auf den Dürnbach War Cementery.

Thanks Theo for info on 'culprit'. I had Flak and a location between Eschelbronn and Meckesheim.
