Aircrew lost over England - 12.05.1940?

Hi,

just bought a photo of a Luftwaffe airman with notation on back statingthat he fell on the 12th May 1940 while over England.

His surname looks a little like Sahn - born in 1919.

Does this link to any information to crea lost over England on this date/

Thanks

Rick
