Do 17 Z nose development

Does anyone know when the proposal and descicion was made to develop the Do 17 Z nose as an alternative to the M/P nose? I'm looking for dates for Besprechungsniederschriften, Vorbescheid and confirmed orders etc. I assume it would be around summer/autumn 1937
