Squadron Leader Phillip BRENTNALL DFC
Gents,
Looking for any details on former Squadron Leader Phillip BRENTNALL DFC 125667 RAFVR former “B” Flight commander on No.218 (Gold Coast) Squadron 1944. I am especially keen to find any information on his career pre-218,can anyone help? I know he survived the war and was a captain with B.O.A.C flying the D H Comet on it maiden flight to Johannesburg in 1952 ( excellent Pathe News film ) and was still flying in the late 60’s – 70’s. TIA Steve
