That collision of the Bf 109F-4 & Do 17Z attracted a lot of cameras. Here are the details:

Bf 109F-4 WNr.7343 “schwarze 10” of 5./JG 53

Uffz. Gerhard Kitzenmaier, injured 14.Feb. 1942 in Fehlstart due to pilot error, collided with Do 17Z of KG77. Comiso, Sicily.

A high price to pay half a dozen photographs of interest, with many craps or well-known shots (the collision between the Do 17 and the Bf 109 were part of Hans Obert's collection).

an unpublished Me109K photo is a totally different ball-game.



These photos are mediocre at best.
