25 Sqn Blenheim against E/A 10 July 40
Hi,
On the first day of the BoB a Blenheim engaged an enemy machine but details are scarce in the ORB. 25 Sqn ORB - 10.7.40. Form 540: P/O. Rofe, patrolling convoy, chased enemy machine and managed to get a burst of 4 seconds in when crossing FRENCH coast. Result unknown. Form 541: Blenheim X, P/O Rofe, Sgt. Pye (from New Zealand), Time Up 14.45, Time Down 17.10 There is no Combat Report at the National Archive and I have not found any more information. Any additional information will be appreciated.
