Do17z 3./606 (on detach.to ./106) 28 June 1940
On 28 June 1940, a Do.17z of 3./606 claimed to have bombed and sunk a fishing vessel off the English coast near Berwick on Tweed, NE England. Thanks to Chris Goss, I now know that the Do17z was on detachment to ./106 at the time - possibly 2./106. Does anyone have details, reports and/or pictures of this incident that they are willing to share?
