Another possibility......
82 Squadron Blenheim IV P4851 UX-N - Lost Gembloux 17 May 1940 - Shot down by Me109 - Pilot, F/O. D. Fordham was saved (did he force land the aircraft?) the other two crew - Sgt. F. Fearnley and Cpl. A. Richards DFM were lost and are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial (did they bale out of the aircraft?) Last edited by Peter Clare; 23rd October 2014 at 12:49. |

The photo shows R3618 down near Éplessier, north-west of Poix-de-Picardie, on 8 June 1940 as stated by Paul.
