Me262 Loss Info needed April 1945
Hey guys,
I need loss information for an Me262 that crashed at PRAG-SOBIN on April 19, 1945. Anyone have any info? TIA Mike |

Thanks for the link... ![]() I am looking for more "Specific" information...I read there was one on this day: 19.04.45: Me 262 of I./K.G.(J) 54 shot down by enemy fighter while landing, pilot killed But no location is given... ![]() Also the link to the Stormbirds loss list does not work... Mike |

Radtke gives the following info in his book on KG54 for that day:
30-40 Me262 took off from Prag (I'm using the german designations) of which 4 were already shot down during take off by P-51's & 3 returned damaged by gun fire. Probably 2 of the lost Me262 belonged to I./KG(J)54: - Uffz Reiscke shot down during take off at Prag-Rusin - Lt Mai shot down by Mustangs near Klotzsche Uffz Bruno Reischke was killed and buried in the area of Slany according to the WAST.
