Walter Bohatsch's new book

Dear Friends,

Well, I wasn't fast enough to be able to buy Herr Bohatsch's book before they were all sold out, so I'm wondering if I could ask one of you lucky recipients if you would do me the favor of scanning his title page and the chapter(s) dealing with his experiences with the Me 262? If I have a volunteer, may I further ask that they be scanned at a reasonable dpi, say 300? Two pages per scan would be fine, as I understand it is a fairly small book.
