Günther Radusch - ranking Dornier ace ?

Hello there gentlemen,

I wonder if Günther Radusch is the ranking Dornier ace.
He scored 17 kills within two periods in which the Dornier Do 217 was the most numerous plane at the II/NJG3 roster (Sep/Oct42 and Feb/Jul43).

Does anyone know more about Radusch's Dornier exploits ?
