Can you help identify this Heinkel plate

I have a plate from a Heinkel. The markings are as follows.

Ernst Heinkel

Flugzeugwerke

Rostock

Typ HE.111P. W.Nr. TA.425R.

Abnahmedatum H9

Any help would be much appreciated
