Erich Rudorffer
Dear All,
Today I have found the following information on Erich Rudorffer: 'At that time to his 4th Staffel returned Oblt. Erich Rudorffer, who had just left the hospital in Paris after a long illness.' (Source: Krzysztof Janowicz, JG 2 'Richthofen', 2002, p. 57). By 'that time', the author means around December 16, 1942. Do you happen to know whether Erich Rudorffer was wounded and the illness was a consequence of it, whether he caught a tropical illness in North Africa, or maybe it was still something else? Thank you very much in advance. |
