Which part and producer?

Hi All,

Found this part at a crash site of a Me 110.

Any idea what it originally was and which company produced it?
Seems on one side the tract is B17H8?

Thanks in advance
Rolfeb

Bedienanlagen, Baumuster B 17, length 80 mm. Manufacturer Deutsche Benzinuhren - Gesellschaft (DBU).
This operating lever was used in moving oil cooler flaps at least in Bf 110 C, F and G.
