Photographs to be identified / Need help.

Hello,
I need help identifying the items in the following photos. They belong to my archives and they are the only ones for which I am not sure of the proper identification. I apologize for the awful copyright that appears but I intend them for future publication.
I thank you for the help you can bring me.

JF

FWIW, I did purchase a copy of the same Bf 110 image (4). On the reverse it shows ECPA Photo with a note that Reproduction Forbidden. It gives a reference number of DAA 1265 L 30. Sorry, I can't add any particulars to the image.

Hi Mark,

I think most of these photos are at the ECPAD ... This organization has copyright on most documents without checking if there are originals. This creates many conflicts. To publish, we must now proceed prudently.

You cannot copyright those pictures if you did not take them, or legally did not get the copyright from the person who did.

Re: Photographs to be identified / Need help.

You are absolutely right. I'm thinking about that now. These problematic photos are for two reasons: lack of exclusive use and lack of intellectual property. Henceforth I must consider myself as owner of the photographs of which I have the original negative. Fortunately, I have a number of them.
That said, I still have not answered the question of identification ...

The JU 88 seems to be a forced landing near Sevastopol sometime in 1943

Are you sure? The background looks like France, Belgium or The Netherlands to me. The a/c also doesn't seem to have a yellow theatre band.

Regards,
Rudi.
