Searching for claim report of Capt. Eric Doorly

Hi all,

At Oct. 17th 1944 Capt. Doorly, 406th FS shot down 2 Me 109.
Is someone in the possession of the claim report?
I do have a translation into German but would like to understand it based on original text.
