Ju88 lost near Fecamp , 12 November 1940

Hello dear fellows ,
Could someone identify this plane , all crew killed in the crash : unit ,WkN and crew members ? That would be far appreciated .

It was a Ju 88 A-1 Wk Nr 5134 of I./LG 1; I am sure that Matti will have the full crew list
