Hawker Typhoon flown in the Vers.Verb.O.K.L.

Hi, guys.

Anyone able to add information about a Hawker Typhoon reported as lost by Vers.Verb.O.K.L. on 10.08.1944? WNr noted as 0956 on german side.

50% Bruch, FF unverletzt. Meckelfeld b. Harburg.

I believe it is very likely that this is T9+GK.

Had most of this except the possible Verbandskennzeichen. Can anyone add with regards to the aircrafts operational history on the allied side??

It must have been the Typhoon I EJ956 of No.486 Squadron RNZAF.
The plane was lost at March 24th, 1943. Hit by Flak and force landed by it's pilot F/S W.Mawson at Cany-Barville. Pilot Pow. RAF reg. of the plane SA-I.
