Lost Luftwaffe Battle of Britain grave

On September 6th 1940 a BF110 from1 /Erpro GR210 was shot down by No 1 Squadron. It crashed Flow Meadow, Foyle Fasrm Crowhusrt.
The pilot Gerhard Ruger was killed along with his gunner and it is reported that his remains were buried on the spot by local troops who arrived on the scene.
The burial spot was then lost over time.

Has he been found and recovered to Cannock Chase or is he still missing
