Minensuchgruppe 1 in Greece

Dear friends
I am searching for information about the 4.Staffel of the Minensuchgruppe 1 and his action in Greece.The base of the staffel was Saloniki but i have information from old people leaving near the airfield of Molaoi that they had saw some aircraft with a 'big circle in the fuselage', obviously they were talking about the Ju52MS.
Are there any reports about the bases and the action of the 4.Staffel in Greece ?

There are occasional mentions of the deployment of these aircraft in Greece in Ultra (decoded German signals) and in reports from the RAF Y-Service (listening to German radio conversations).

As far as I can tell, small groups or these Ju 52s were deployed to wherever they were needed and when the job was done, they would move on. Other frequent areas of activity were the river Danube and the north German coast.

No. It is necessary to go to the archives in Britain or America and do the research. There are tens of thousands of these messages to read through.
