Dutch Experts - Help Needed!

I need an email address for Father Gerard Thuring - Historical Section Chief- Bevrijdingsmuseum 1944.

I have completed 99% of the MIA/KIA?POW and Evade List details for 355th FG. I have also completed about 90% of the MIA/KIA/POW/Evade photo section of 355th/SF(Experimental) and 2SF - all of which operated under 355th TO&E at Steeple Morden.

He and his staff did a great deal of work on the Killed/Missing and I need to send him the corrected updates plus photos for the Museum

Also does anybody have an email address for A.P. De Jong? He put out an interesting document of 355th Fighter Group Crashes in Holland and I would like to query him regarding certain entries? I could not reach him at 71-893164 which was my last known telephone number

In particular, details concerning Lt Alfred Del Negro who went missing 29 November 1943, and Captain James Dickson who went missing 8 April 1944.

De Jong had Del Negro crashing near Giessendam at 1635 which would have been perhaps a point in time where he ran out of fuel? He went missing at approximately 1400 inbound to escort R/V point. Is Giessendam close to coast? He also had Del Negro as POW whereas he is still listed as MIA, although officially declared KIA on September 3, 1945.

De Jong also had Dickson crashing at 1500 near Haulerwijk, up in Friesland area. He was last seen making a bounce on mixed 109/190s chasing an RAF Mustang closer to Dalsfen around 1310 - so the time and location would suggest a long battle and chase?

Any info is most appreciated

Regards,

Bill Marshall
