I am searching for a photo of a pilot

Hello

I am new here. Can anyone help me to locate a site (german government?) which might archive photos of WW1 pilots and records etc.
If possible I would like to trace a photp of a Oberfw. Harbauer of 4/JG2 who was shot down over the Thames and crashed in Walderslade (kent) on the 30th August 1940. He was flying a Me 109E-4 number 2765.
