Captured D-520, looking for informations

Hello, I'm looking for some information about D-520 n°544 (Not really sure about the serial), SV + GB, found at Bruxelle Evere airfield in september 44, not in flying conditions due to some removed parts, but otherwise in good shape (or so it seems).
The aircraft was from JG103.
The unit, while in France, was stationed at Chateauroux-la Martinerie, and then in Germany after the landings.
What was the aircraft doing at Evere?
What was it's unit during it's time in the Armée de l'Air?
Thanks a lot in advance for any informations.

Re: Captured D-520, looking for informations

Hello,
this machine was not from JG 103 but from a target-tow unit Flugzielgeschwader 2. It was because this it was painted yellow on its underside.
It was probably never flown in french air force but seized in factory or specialy built for germans
best regards

3 photographs have been published in the french monthly "Avions" n° 62 & 74.
According the captions this aircraft, possibly n° 541, was from Fliegerzielgeschwader II and was abandoned at Grimbergen.

In an immediate post-war Norwegian magazine about the 331 and 332 Squadron on the continent there is a picture of possibly the same aircraft (you can see SV+?? with the two last letters matching the bottom of G and B.) Apparently the picture was taken at Grimbergen. The 132 Wing with the Norwegian squadrons were never at Evere.

Thanks, Kyrre.
On the Mushroom, the aircraft is in the same (poor) state, with some Polish mechanics from 308 sqn around and in the cockpit (One is even named), at Evere airfiled.
Wonder who to believe...

Hi
Not sure about the yellow underside because target tow aircraft.
most captured a/c types with luftwaffe had yellow undersides.
cheers

Dear Brewerjerry,
the underside of german D520s is a hard debate : I have not the proof that there painted yellow underside.
The interpretation of B&W pics is difficult.
I said yellow underside for this precise a/c because an allied report exists : brown upside, grey lateral sides and yellow underside.
Best regards
