I/KG77 Ju88 Wnr5848 loss?
Can anybody confirm whether Ju88A Wnr5848 suffered 70% damage and was written off on 19/8/42?
I haven't been able to find it recorded on the QM casualty returns and I've lost my original notes. I've identified two I/KG77 aircraft lost/written off during the 19th August, but I'm not sure about this one. Thanks for any help Regards Steve Pegge

Seems it did: http://www.ahs.no/ref_db/lw_loss_pub...?lossid=116140 One cannot be entirely sure that the aircraft was written off, it could have been rebuilt. The Ju 88, W-Nr. 5848 was in June 1943 at the Junkers repair facility at Villacoublay for a „quick repair“, arrival 18 June, departure 25 June.
