P47 recovery - TV documentary
Hi all
Just in case no-one has looked at the Documentary page, a 100min programme is due to be shown on German TV in January 2006. 45min version on Austrian TV in November. It will cover the salvage, history, talks to pilots and owners and should be very good. The full history has not been published yet, but 'Dottie Mae' is very historic! An English TV version is planned for the spring of 2006 as well. regards MS The full story/history/wartime photos/profiles etc will be in Aeroplane Monthly - November edition and Flygzeug Classic December edition.
