Helmut Mathewes
Gentlemen
On 10/6-1945 Obergefreiter und Pilot Helmut Mathewes was washed ashore at Sogaard Forstrand beach west of Ringkobing on the Danish westcoast. He was laid to rest in Nr.Lyngvig cemetery on 17/6-45 where he rest under a civilian stone. In the church protocol is added: Killed near Hull, England on 23/3-45. he was born on 07/11-1924. Hes dog sign read: 00930/108. Can anyone help by telling me where he belonged and what happend ?
