Cable cutter Mustangs
Almost fifty years ago the Suez Crisis kicked off when Mustangs of the Israeli air force used steel cables as well as their wingtips and propeller to cut Egyption communication lines.
Are any photos known of Mustangs with the cable cutting equipment installed? Also does anybody have a clue what these communication lines looked like? Just simple telegraph poles?
