Italian Losses in 1940/41 while Based in Belgium.
Hello,
Italian losses in 1940/41 while based in Belgium. At least three CR42's including Salvadori's "95-13" and Lazzari's "85-16". Who were the other pilots and what details of their CR42's are known please. Also the BR20's several of these were lost, some over Europe. Affriani's "243-2" was one What details of the others is known and what of their crews ? names and fate please. Were any G50's lost at all as none seem to have made any contact with the RAF at all ? The Z1007 at least one was reported as damaged, what was this damage and was it used afterwards as there were very few in use by 172 Squadriglia to start with. Details of this a/c please. Some Ca133's were in use while based in Belgium, were any of these lost in accidents or to flack? Many thanks Alex
