Colours of markings on Ju88 of 111/JG51 1940
Dear all,
Could anyone please confirm the correct colour scheme that 8/KG51 used on their Ju88's in 1940. I need it for a model of an aircraft that was shot down by anti aircraft fire on August 12th 1940 over Portsmouth. Ju88 A1 werk nr 4078 9K+BS. I believe that the 'B' would have been red with a white highlight around the edge and the other letters black. Is that correct? Also, were the spinners painted red to match.
